Delivery charges are applicable and vary based on distance, location, and the mode of transport required for safe delivery. The final delivery fee will be shared before the dispatch of the product.

All cakes are handcrafted and designed individually. While we strive to closely match reference images, slight variations in color, decoration, finishing, and placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our creations. These variations make each cake unique and do not constitute a defect.

Caution:

Certain cakes may contain non-edible support materials such as dowels, toothpicks, skewers, metal wires, floral tape, cake supports, acrylic toppers, or other structural elements required for stability and design purposes. These items must be removed before serving and consumption.

Customers are requested to exercise caution while cutting and serving the cake, especially when serving children. Frosted Fairytales shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or adverse effects resulting from the improper handling, removal, or consumption of non-edible decorative or structural components.

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and desserts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been picked up or delivered.

We take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery, along with photographs of the product, and we will review the concern and work towards a fair resolution.

As all our cakes and desserts are freshly prepared and customized specifically for each order, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• In case of cancellation before 48 hours, any work already completed, including design planning, customized toppers, edible prints, or special materials, will be deducted from any eligible refund.

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are not eligible for any refund.

• Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability and sufficient notice.

To confirm your order and reserve your date, a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required.

The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of cake pickup/delivery.

Please note that orders are considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been received.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability for your preferred date.
