Our Services
Frosted Fairytales specializes in handcrafted cakes, cupcakes, brownies, desserts, and customized celebration products created specifically for each customer and occasion. All products are made to order and may require advance notice depending on design complexity, availability, and scheduling.

Order Confirmation
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• Frosted Fairytales reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to unavailability, scheduling constraints, incomplete information, or other operational reasons.

Pricing
• Prices are determined based on design complexity, serving size, flavor, decorative elements, customized toppers, edible prints, structural requirements, and special requests.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order has been confirmed.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
• Providing accurate contact information.
• Providing complete order details, including date, time, flavor, size, theme, spellings, names, ages, and customization requirements.
• Reviewing and confirming all order details before making the advance payment.
• Ensuring timely pickup or receipt of delivery.

Pickup and Delivery
• Customers must collect or receive their orders at the agreed date and time.
• Delivery services are subject to availability and applicable delivery charges.
• Once the order has been picked up, delivered, or accepted by the customer, responsibility for handling, transportation, storage, and consumption transfers to the customer.

Product Care
• Cakes and desserts are perishable products and should be stored and consumed according to the instructions provided.
• Frosted Fairytales shall not be responsible for damage, deterioration, or quality issues resulting from improper storage, handling, transportation, or serving after pickup or delivery.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements
• Our products may contain or come into contact with ingredients such as milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
• Customers are responsible for informing Frosted Fairytales of any known allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
• While reasonable care is taken, Frosted Fairytales cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Intellectual Property
• All cake designs, photographs, branding elements, logos, website content, and marketing materials created by Frosted Fairytales remain the property of Frosted Fairytales.
• Frosted Fairytales reserves the right to photograph and use images of completed orders for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability
• Frosted Fairytales' liability shall be limited to the value of the affected order.
• Frosted Fairytales shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, handling, transportation, or consumption of its products.

Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, making a payment, requesting a quotation, or using our services, the customer agrees to all applicable policies, including our Order Confirmation & Payment Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Designing & Customization Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.
