As all our cakes and desserts are freshly prepared and customized specifically for each order, cancellations and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
In case of cancellation before 48 hours, any work already completed, including design planning, customized toppers, edible prints, or special materials, will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are not eligible for any refund.
Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability and sufficient notice.
Delivery charges are applicable and vary based on distance, location, and the mode of transport required for safe delivery. The final delivery fee will be shared before the dispatch of the product.
