• While we make every effort to closely match the requested design, an exact replica cannot be guaranteed.
• Each cake is handcrafted and artistic variations may occur in color, decoration, proportions, textures, and overall appearance.

Creative Interpretation
• Frosted Fairytales reserves the right to use creative judgment when translating a design into a cake while maintaining the overall theme and aesthetic.
• Certain designs may require modifications based on cake size, structure, food safety requirements, material availability, or artistic considerations.

Colors & Finishing
• Colors may vary slightly from reference images due to lighting, screen settings, edible color limitations, and the nature of handcrafted work.
• Metallic finishes, edible paints, printed toppers, fondant figures, sugar flowers, and other decorative elements may have minor variations in appearance.

Cake Structure & Safety Disclaimer

• Certain cakes may contain non-edible support materials such as dowels, toothpicks, skewers, metal wires, floral tape, cake supports, acrylic toppers, or other structural elements required for stability, transportation, and design purposes.
• These non-edible components are necessary to support intricate decorations, tiered cakes, fondant toppers, sugar flowers, and other customized design elements.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all non-edible supports, toppers, and decorative components are carefully removed before serving and consumption.
• Customers are requested to exercise caution while cutting and serving the cake, particularly when serving children.
• Frosted Fairytales shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, allergic reaction, choking hazard, or adverse effects resulting from the improper handling, removal, or consumption of non-edible decorative or structural components.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the presence of such structural and decorative elements where required for the design and safe transportation of the cake.

Custom Design Pricing
• Pricing is determined based on design complexity, cake size, flavor, decorative elements, handmade toppers, edible prints, structural requirements, and the time required to create the design.
• Highly customized or intricate designs may attract additional charges.

Design Approval
• Design discussions and requirements should be finalized before order confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all design details, including names, spellings, messages, ages, colors, themes, and special requests.

Changes After Confirmation
• Once an order has been confirmed, design changes, flavor changes, size changes, date changes, or other modifications may not be possible.
• Any approved changes after confirmation may be subject to additional charges and are dependent on production status and material availability.

Copyright & Trademarked Characters
• Character-themed cakes, logos, and branded designs are created solely for private celebrations at the customer's request.
• Frosted Fairytales does not claim ownership of any copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks used as design inspiration.

Final Product
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that every cake is a handcrafted creation and that slight variations from reference images are normal and do not constitute a defect.
