As all our cakes and desserts are freshly prepared and customized specifically for each order, cancellations, modifications, and refunds are subject to the following terms:

Order Confirmation & Modifications

• Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

• Once an order is confirmed, no modifications or changes to the design, flavor, size, pickup/delivery schedule, or other specifications will be permitted without our approval.

• Any approved modifications requested after order confirmation may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature and extent of the changes.

Cancellation Policy

• The advance payment made to confirm the order is non-refundable.

• In case of cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time, any work already completed, including design planning, customized toppers, edible prints, special decorations, purchased materials, or other preparation costs, will be deducted from any eligible refund.

• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are not eligible for any refund.

Date Changes

• Requests for changes to the pickup or delivery date may be accommodated subject to availability and sufficient notice.

• Approval of date changes is at the sole discretion of Frosted Fairytales and cannot be guaranteed.

Unforeseeable Circumstances

• Frosted Fairytales shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, floods, natural disasters, strikes, riots, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, power outages, or other force majeure events.

• In such circumstances, refunds shall not be applicable. Frosted Fairytales may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative pickup date, reschedule the order, or issue a credit note redeemable against future orders.

Refund Processing

• Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable costs incurred for the order and will be completed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
